Sales Executive – (IT Solution)
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Executive (IT-Solution) to help us build up our business activities and manage our sales portfolio. The role include discovering and pursuing new sales prospect, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements and Skills
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or relevant role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in CRM or ERP or AI-related solutions
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
