A Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth sales processes, ultimately contributing to the achievement of sales goals and customer satisfaction.

Sales Process Coordination
- Owning Clickup (project management platform) and ensuring all sales-related activities on the platform is accurately updated.
- Managing and organizing pre-sales and sales-related documents such as BRD, POC, pitching decks and proposals.
- Liaising and tracking development status with PM, Presales and Sales team to ensure projects are delivered per customer’s requirements and expectations.
- Coordinating with DV (Data Analysis Team) to complete and deliver the customer monthly and quarterly reports on time and in good quality.
- Maintaining sales databases and movements in sales pipeline report, sharing sales pipeline on regular cadence/schedule to relevant stakeholders.
- Tracking sales data and performance with FN team.
Administration Support
- Coordinating schedules, following up on leads, and organizing meetings for the Sales team.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints.
Team Support
- Assisting Sales team with their tasks and projects.
- Providing support for the Sales team in achieving their targets.
Communication and Collaboration
- Acting as a liaison between the Sales team, other departments, and customers.
- Maintaining clear communication within the team.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth integration of Sales activities.
