Project Manager – (IT Solution)

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, tasks, resources, and milestones.
  • Track and Update project progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues and risks proactively.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in customer support, IT project management, or business analysis.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) is valuable.
