Data Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to assist in decision-making and strategy formulation. The Data Analyst will work closely with various teams to provide insights that drive business improvement and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Gather and process data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze data trends and patterns to support business objectives and projects.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Perform data validation and ensure data quality standards are met.
- Assist in the development of data-centric strategies for improving customer feedback mechanisms.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administrative , Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role; experience in market research and business modeling is a plus.
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Effective communication, storytelling, pitching and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
